As of Jan. 27, Pearland ISD has received one candidate application for the May 2021 elections. Position 3 incumbent Crystal Carbone has filed for re-election. Position 4 is also on the ballot and held by trustee Sean Murphy.

The deadline for candidates to file is Feb. 12. Those interested in running for either position can contact Pearland ISD Election Coordinator Sheila Vershier at 832-736-6153.

The election will be held May 1.
