Tannos Construction & Development is in the final stages of construction for its four-story, multiuse building at 505 S. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood. The building is 100% leased and 85% occupied, and it will house medical practices, a law firm and more, according to developer Louis Tannos.

The fourth floor of the building is in the final stages of construction. Construction on the final 5,000 square feet of the building began Jan. 5. Tannos expects construction to wrap up in March. The primary tenant in the building is Houston Methodist Orthopedic Group.

Tannos Construction & Development will try to secure a permit for the Albritton once it is finished with the replatting stage of the project. The Albritton is a 240,000-square-foot Class A residential building with retail and boutique offices. The project is expected to break ground in late spring or early summer and will be located at 408 S. Friendswood Drive, behind the Friendswood Public Library.
