The Ivy District is making progress on the public park and trail system located inside the mixed-use district at the corner of South Spectrum Boulevard and Hwy. 288, according to an update from the Pearland Economic Development Corporation.

The Ivy District will start construction on the pedestrian bridge early next year. In July, the train system was poured, and the sidewalks were completed. In August, the Ivy District put up the pavilion and trellis, as well as playground equipment.
