12 new COVID-19 cases and six recoveries were reported in Brazoria County on May 29. Two of the new cases are Texas Department of Criminal Justice inmates.

There are now 894 total cases in the county. This consists of 412 confirmed cases, 465 recoveries, five probable cases and 12 deaths.

The ten cases that are not inmates include one Angleton resident, one Brazoria resident, two Alvin residents, two Brookside Village residents and four Pearland residents.
