A new Mint Express Car Wash location is coming to Pearland, officials with the company said in an email.

A project registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows the project will be completed by the end of the year. It will be 4,500 square feet.

The business, which is an express car wash and detailing facility, has two locations in Cypress and Katy, and another planned in Missouri City, according to its website.
