TIRR Memorial Hermann-The Woodlands, on the second floor of 920 Medical Plaza Drive, offers the Outpatient Therapy Program and the Challenge Program. Outpatient therapy provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Rehabilitation services include treatment for stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's and multiple trauma.
