Incumbent Ron Hickman earned 76 percent, or 32,710, of the votes in the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable race, according to unofficial results.

"The results generally indicate that our position in the community seems solid, and I am proud of the team of people we have put together to represent our interests for Precinct 4," Hickman said. "In spite of the negative campaign tactics, we preservered, we held our head high, and we will continue to do so for the next four years."

Coming in second, Dale Bible received 9 percent, or 4,082 votes. Robert Lozano earned 6 percent, or 2,739 votes. Rolf Nelson earned 4 percent, or 1,895 votes. Lindsay Siriko recieved about 3 percent, or 1,608 votes.

Voter turnout was more than 12 percent this year. There are approximately 1.9 registered voters in Harris County.
