A new 342-unit apartment complex—named Territory at Porter—is being planned for Porter by real estate development firm Dhanani Private Equity Group, according to a March 12 email from a spokesperson for the company. The complex will include features such as:

  • A fitness center
  • A resort-style pool
  • A dog park with a pet drinking fountain
  • A clubhouse with work spaces, a billiards lounge, yoga spaces, a ping pong table and more
  • A pickleball court
  • Fire pits
Construction is expected to wrap up by Nov. 30, according to a Jan. 22 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
