Southern breakfast and lunch spot The Flying Biscuit Cafe will soon open its newest location in Katy, officials announced in an Oct. 2 news release.
What to expect
The café offers many breakfast and lunch staples such as stuffed French toast, shrimp and grits, omelets, vegan scrambles, burgers and wraps, while several locations also have a full-service bar, per the release.
Franchise partners Mario and Ifeoma Harper said they picked Katy due to its potential as well as its small-town feel.
"We chose this location in Katy because it’s a highly visible, convenient spot that’s easy for families and neighbors to reach—making it simple for guests to drop in for breakfast, brunch and those ‘just one more bite’ moments in between," Mario Harper said.
