One Acre Farm family events
Families are invited to participate in art and play activities, and visit animals on the farm during two events this weekend. First, the farm's Kids Art & Play—recommended for children ages 1-6—will offer activities including a mud kitchen, painting, salt dough cookie cutting and truck tracks. Afterwards, Sensory Saturday will allow kids with autism or similar special needs to enjoy the same activities in a sensory-friendly environment.

Texas Beer Experience and DECA Beer Company have teamed up for the third annual Gumbo Cook-off. The entry price includes unlimited gumbo and four tickets to cast votes for the best gumbo. People's choice voting ends at 2:30 p.m., and the winners will be announced at 3 p.m.

Couples and families can enjoy food, music and shopping at The Food Zone Grand Texas during this Valentine's Day event with pop-up shop company Your Favorite Market. The event will also feature a game show and photo opportunities. The Food Zone is pet friendly.
