Officials with Valley Ranch Town Center Holdings LTD have filed permits to construct a new 6,760-square-foot shell building in Valley Ranch Town Center, according to an Oct. 20 TDLR filing.

Per the filing, construction on the $1.8 million project is expected to begin in December and wrap up in March.

According to the Valley Ranch Town Center site map, the project—known as Tract 7W—is located on roughly one acre situated between Gringo's Tex-Mex and James Avery. Tenants for the new building had not been announced as of press time.
