See how the Lake Houston-area real estate market fared in August 2021

Five of the Lake Houston-area’s seven ZIP codes experienced a decrease in the number of homes sold in August as compared to August 2020, while ZIP codes 77044 and 77339 experienced an increase. Meanwhile, the median price of homes sold increased year over year in all Lake Houston-area ZIP codes.
