After almost a year of delay, CareNow Urgent Care is under construction at Valley Ranch Town Center, according to a spokesperson with Total PR. The urgent care will offer adult and pediatric primary care as well as urgent care services.

Work on the CareNow location was originally expected to begin in March or April 2023. An updated opening date has not yet been announced.
