Humble ISD seeking special education employees at June 5 job fair

Humble ISD will host a job fair for special education paraeducators on June 5 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at West Lake Middle School, located at 11810 Madera Run Parkway, Atascocita.

The specifics

According to a June 3 news release, district officials will be conducting interviews for several positions, including:

• Behavior paraeducator, with a minimum annual salary of $23,400
• In-class support paraeducator, with a minimum annual salary of $22,440
• Life skills paraeducator, with a minimum annual salary of $22,440
• SPEAK paraeducator, with a minimum annual salary of $22,440

In the release, officials noted the listed salaries are based on the district’s pay scale for the 2024-25 school year.

Individuals interested in attending the job fair will be required to complete a preregistration form, as well as an online application for each position of interest, according to the release. Alternatively, applicants may apply for the district’s generic special education paraeducator position.
