The Monk's Indian Bistro will be opening soon in Humble. The Indian fusion restaurant will offer a menu of soups, kebabs, dosas, naan, fried rice, biryani and noodle dishes, in addition to entrees like chicken tikka masala and shrimp vindaloo. An opening date had not been announced as of press time.
