An opening timeline has been set for Saltgrass Steakhouse, which is under construction in Valley Ranch Town Center, a spokesperson with public relations firm Total PR confirmed Aug. 23.

Saltgrass Steak House—owned by Landry’s—serves steaks, seafood, burgers and other American fare. Construction on this project began in early February.
