Following a temporary closure for renovations beginning May 15, Airi Poke & Ramen reopened in New Caney on May 28. Located in Valley Ranch Town Center at 21372 Hwy. 59, Ste. 300, Airi Poke & Ramen is owned by Leo Cai and offers traditional Japanese and Asian-inspired dishes. According to officials with the East Montgomery County Improvement District, renovations included an expansion of the restaurant's dining room to add seating.
