A new Lupe Tortilla location is scheduled to open this summer at 20061 Northpark Drive, Kingwood, restaurant officials confirmed June 7. Owned by the Holt family, the eatery will offer Tex-Mex staples, including fajitas, enchiladas, tacos and burritos, as well as seafood dishes, carne asadas, chicken and vegetarian options.
