Coventry Homes is offering eight floor plans for homes on 40-foot properties and nine floor plans for homes on 50-foot properties.
The 40-foot property homes:
- Range from 1,507-2,421 square feet
- Are priced from the $250,000s
- Feature island kitchens with ample counter and cabinet space, spacious primary suites, game rooms, and two-car garages
- Range from 1,941-2,789 square feet
- Are priced from the $310,000s
- Feature covered patios, game rooms, mud rooms, island kitchens and three-car garages

The background
As previously reported by Community Impact, Castle Hill Partners began development in August on The Trails, which is located near the Grand Parkway and Plum Grove Road in New Caney. Upon completion, the 1,373-acre community is expected to feature over 2,000 homesites as well as 600 acres of nature trails and outdoor recreation opportunities. The Trails is zoned to Huffman ISD schools.
What's next
As previously reported by Community Impact, the first phase of The Trails comprises 254 homesites with furnished models and move-in ready homes available by spring 2024. Coventry Homes officials noted two model homes showcasing the designs will open in 2024.
