Construction has begun on a new PetSuites of America resort, which will be located at 25748 Loop 494, Kingwood, officials with the East Montgomery County Improvement District confirmed Jan. 19. PetSuites of America offers pet boarding, day care, grooming and training services for dogs and cats.
