MAP: Where to vote in the Katy area for the November 2019 election

Registered voters in Fort Bend and Harris counties can vote at any voting center. Waller County voters may use any early voting polling location and can find their designated Election Day polling place on the county’s website.

The Nov. 5 ballot includes a race for a new state legislator, two bond referendums and state constitutional amendments:

Fort Bend County bond

Fort Bend County voters can vote for or against a $82.9 million flood bond. The bond will not raise tax rates and includes 25 projects. For official ballot language, visit

METRO bond

If approved, Proposition A will allow the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County to borrow up to $3.5 million to help implement a plan for updating the transit system. It is not expected to raise sales taxes, and the agency will continue to share tax revenues with cities in its service area under the General Mobility Program. For official ballot language, visit
