2018 Katy area road projects: Spring Green Boulevard roundabout

Construction began Jan. 8 on a four-legged roundabout that will connect two existing segments of Spring Green Boulevard, Katy Flewellen Road and Cinco Trace Drive. Crossover Road will be realigned to intersect Spring Green Boulevard north of the roundabout.

The nearby gas pipeline was relocated. The project was delayed while the county acquired rights of way. Fort Bend County and Newland Homes are funding the project.
