Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux will open soon at 23213 Grand Circle Blvd., Katy, near Whiskey Cake. The restaurant will offer Lousiana-inspired dishes, such as crawfish etoufée, po'boys and fried jumbo shrimp. A phone number is not yet available. www.walk-ons.com
