Willie Mae's Soul Food Cafe and Music Lounge will open in the Katy area in 2021, said Ryan Muccular, the co-founder and owner of That's My Dog, which she runs alongside her husband, Kevin Muccular. The eatery will be located next to their current hot dog restaurant located at 22635 Morton Ranch Road, Katy, and will specialize in soul food, including fried chicken as well as macaroni and cheese. 830-274-7538
