JW Family Medicine will begin seeing patients June 1 at 6230 FM 1463, Ste. 800, Katy, near Fulshear, said Andres Cortes, the office manager of the practice. The family medicine practice offers a variety of health care services, including general medicine, physicals and chronic disease management. JW Family Medicine is also working to set up a vitamin drip service and a platelet-rich plasma service.

With about 20 years of experience, Dr. Jose W. Aguirre is the physician of the practice, and he speaks English and Spanish. JW Family Medicine accepts Medicare and other insurances such as United Healthcare. There are finance plans available if a patient needs assistance.


When the clinic opens June 1, it will abide by social distance guidelines related to the coronavirus pandemic by limiting the number of people in its lobby, mandating masks and ensuring its employees wear personal protection equipment. 281-346-8485. www.jwfamilymedicine.com
