GiAu Bar n Bites began soft opening events Feb. 1 at 1215 Grand West Blvd., Ste. C7, Katy. The restaurant serves a menu that includes Vietnamese crepes, crab udon, pork belly tacos and crawfish. It also has a cocktail menu with drinks such as Watermelon Soju, Matcha-cha and the Cucumber Diablo.
