Real estate developer Hunington Properties is bringing a multifamily development to the Katy area called the Vic at Park Row. The complex began construction January 2022, and first residents are expected to move in as soon as September.

Located at 18210 Park Row, Houston, in Harris County, the apartments are part of the Ten Oaks master-planned development by Wolff Companies. Two other additions to the master-planned environment include Resia Ten Oaks apartments and the Shops at Ten Oaks retail space, according to Wolff Companies' website.

The Vic at Park Row will feature 363 units across two four-story buildings, with one-, two- or three-bedroom options. Amenities also include a podcast studio, bowling alley, and 5,000-square-foot fitness center, said Ania Czarnecka, Wolff Companies' public relations consultant.

The estimated cost of construction is $1.3 million, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Steinberg Dickey Collaborative LLC is listed as the architecture firm responsible for the design of the development. Children would attend Katy ISD.

Hunington Properties, who purchased the parcels of land from Wolff Companies to develop The Vic at Park Row and The Shops at Ten Oaks strip center, is also planning locations of The Vic in the Jordan Ranch and Sunterra housing communities. Though Wolff Companies has sold all parcels of Ten Oaks, the company continues to manage the development. www.wolffcompanies.com/current-projects/ten-oaks/
