Big City Wings location coming to Katy this summer

Big City Wings, a Houston-area wing restaurant, will open a location in Katy at 22762 Westheimer Parkway this summer.

The restaurant will offer a variety of wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads, beer, and other drink and menu options.

Euro Glo and Fit Spa to offer infrared fitness rooms, therapeutic wellness services from Kingwood location

Euro Glo and Fit Spa aims to open in late April at 1414 Northpark Drive, Ste. B, Kingwood, in the Centre at Northpark shopping center. Co-owner Eric Johnson said the business will offer various wellness services, including halotherapy, red light therapy and six Fitbomb rooms where patrons can train in an infrared sauna with workout videos ranging from yoga to mixed martial arts.

Hummingbird Montessori School hosting tours, seeking students in Sugar Land

Hummingbird Montessori School, a preschool for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years, opened at the Shops in Riverstone shopping center March 15.

Located at 17018 University Blvd., Sugar Land, the Montessori school is infused with many traditional aspects and offers a play-based after-school program.

Smitty’s offers custom meats, smoked meats, appetizers and wild game processing and has outgrown its Mahaffey Road facility.
