Pre-sale began this month for Camillo Lakes, Legend Homes' first Katy-area development. Located near the intersection of Clay and Katy Hockley Roads, Camillo Lakes includes eight home designs ranging from 1,589 square feet to 3,800 square feet.

Floor plans for Camillo Lakes with four and five rooms. Homes are priced in the $200,000 to $300,000 range, according to the developer.

“This is going to be a beautiful neighborhood,” Legend Homes sales associate Seeta Abraham said. “The best thing about it is that it will be secluded.”

The subdivision has 148 lots ranging with lake front options available. According to Abraham, more lots are expected to be added to the development.

Homebuyers will have the option to choose from three choices of designer-selected exterior color schemes per home design, as well as other customizable features. The units will be windstorm engineered, and built with Acme brick and stone, according to Legend Homes.

To keep the neighborhood secluded, Albertisonata Drive was built off of Katy Hockley Road to access Camilo Lakes. The road was also built to ease traffic going in and out of the subdivision, Abraham said.

According to Abraham, the development will also feature a clubhouse with tennis courts, a pool and playgrounds. The clubhouse grounds will also feature water fountains and brick wall perimeters.
