Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle began soft opening events late November at its location inside Katy Asian Town at 23119 Colonial Parkway, Ste. C-6, Katy. The restaurant originates from the Chinese noodle chain Shi Miao Dao, which has over 750 locations in China. The eatery offers a menu of rice noodle bowls inspired by Southern Chinese cuisine and also serves appetizers, such as edamame, chicken wings, seaweed salad and takoyaki. 281-810-7777. www.tensecondskaty.com
