Indian restaurant chain Charcoal Eats opened its new location to the Katy-area community.

The North Indian fast-food chain is known for its authentic biryani, curries, kebabs and other street food, franchise co-owner Neeraj Kumar said. Other menu items include kati wraps and various sides such as naan and salads.

In addition to dine-in service, the eatery also focuses on providing consistent and quality delivery options to the community through platforms such as Uber Eats, Grubhub and DoorDash, Neeraj Kumar said.

Charcoal Eats, founded in India, has locations in Mumbai, New York and now the Houston area, Neeraj Kumar said.


Located near Fulshear off FM 1093, the eatery is owned by franchisees Neeraj Kumar, Rajesh Bagchi and FNU Suresh Kumar.
