Houston Folk Festival
This traveling country, folk and blues music festival stops in Katy this fall. It features talents such as American Music Awards-winning group The Steepwater Band. In addition to musical acts, attendees can expect 100 artists and crafters, a farmers market, and a Taste of Texas Food Garden with gourmet cuisine as well as craft beer and wine.

Keep Katy Beautiful will catalogue several garage sales throughout the city to visit this fall. This event promotes a reduce, reuse, recycle and rebuy concept to help keep homes in Katy clean and organized, while also giving residents the opportunity to tour the city as the seasons change. Residents can get their garage sale included in a city map by registering online by Oct. 23 at 5 p.m.

The city of Katy hosts this yearly event for Katy families to enjoy the outdoors and amenities at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Park.
