1. Vintage Media Swap
Visit the Fulshear Branch Library to find physical media from decades past to trade and browse.
2. Back to School Bash
Visit School of Rock Kingwood for an open house and celebration. The event will feature live music, karaoke, an open mic stage, games and prizes.
3. Breakfast with Veterans and First Responders
Hosted by the Katy Elks and American Legion, attend an all-you-can-eat breakfast at the Katy Elks Lodge supporting local veterans and first responders.
4. The Woodlands Farmers Market at Grogan’s Mill
This local farmers market is sponsored by the Grogan’s Mill Village Association and brings a variety of prepared foods, beverages and other goods and services from over 60 vendors to community members every Saturday, rain or shine.
5. Under the Sea Art Workshop
Parents and kids are invited to The Teahouse Tapioca and Tea Sienna for a painting and crafting event led by Taylor McCoy of Otter Creek Art.
6. Back to School Bash Family Day
Attendees can head to The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts for a family event featuring free giveaways and a performance by Norola Morgan and the Texas Bubblers.
7. Bun B Presents Been Ridin’ Dirty
Join Houston rap icon Bun B for a live performance at Smart Financial Centre celebrating 30 years of “Ridin’ Dirty,” his hit album with the group UGK.
8. New Caney Community Market
Held on the first and third Sunday of the month, the New Caney Community Market features over 60 vendors and local food trucks.
