Chip Cookies, a cookie delivery service, will open its doors in Katy, franchisee Prince Dhoat said.

According to its website, the franchise aims to bring fresh, late-night treats to hungry patrons with weekly flavors such as:
- SW chip: a warm cookie stuffed with semi-sweet chocolate wafers, topped with sea salt
- Sugar chip: a sugar cookie topped with cream cheese frosting and sprinkles
- OG: chocolate chip cookie
- Biscoff chip: cookie made with Biscoff cookies, white chocolate chips and stuffed with Biscoff cookie butter
Additionally, the store offers a rotating flavor, which is released weekly on Mondays, Dhoat said.
