Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão will take the spot of the recently closed Harris County Smokehouse Katy location, officials confirmed.

Marketing representative Stephanie Jerome said in an email that the new Fogo de Chão is set to open its doors for patrons by the end of this year and bring its full churrasco experience, which is a technique of roasting meat over an open flame.
