According to a project registration filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on March 14, construction is slated to start this summer on a new Fogo de Chão location at Hwy. 290 and FM 1960. The Brazilian steakhouse has three other Greater Houston-area locations, including in The Woodlands and Friendswood.

The menu features steak, chicken, lamb, pork, seafood, salads, side dishes, desserts and cocktails.

Documents state the project would entail the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new 7,351-square-foot restaurant. Construction could wrap up by the end of the year, according to the project registration.
