Lightbridge Academy, an early education and child care facility, has opened a second location in Katy, offering care for children ages six weeks to pre-K.

The franchise, established in 1997, has over 150 centers nationwide, according to an April 24 news release. The first Katy location opened last May at 1711 Spring Green Blvd., Ste. 900.
