Memorial Hermann opens $17M Children’s and Women’s Medical Plaza

What to expect

Ashworth said the plaza offers a range of treatment from the standard to the complex, with services including:

• Pediatric primary care and multispecialty care through the Children’s Memorial Hermann and UT Physicians
• Advanced outpatient pediatric rehabilitation services from TIRR Memorial Hermann
• Women’s care services out of Women Specialists of Katy

Additionally, the plaza also works with pre-existing services at the hospital, including the pediatric emergency room, level III NICU, and women and children inpatient care.

What’s next?

The hospital is also set to undergo further expansion later this year to bring a new patient tower that will provide more patient beds, enhanced imaging and a rooftop helipad, Community Impact reported.
