Located along the Allen Parkway corridor in Houston, mixed-use development Regent Square will soon be home to three more businesses, according to a May 12 press release from the developer GID Development Group.

1. The first Inner Loop location of M. Vincé Nail Spa is set to open toward the end of 2022 at 1203 Dunlavy St., Houston. According to the release, the nail salon will debut modern and classic elements to create a luxurious space for clients. Services offered include manicures, pedicures, acrylics, dip powder, gel polish manicures and Gel-X extensions. The nail spa also has its own line of polish, gel and dip powders. 2. Sudor Sauna Studio is opening its first and flagship location in early fall at 3515 W. Dallas St., Ste. 400, Houston. According to its website, the studio was created to give guests an opportunity to unplug from daily life with a restorative sauna services. The sauna's temperature stays around 120-150 degrees, and a session can last up to 45 minutes. The two methods offered both differ from traditional saunas and include chromotherapy—a color therapy—and an infrared sauna, which uses wavelengths to heat guests from the inside. www.sudorsauna.com

3. Clean Juice is slated to open its second Inner Loop location in September at 3515 W. Dallas Ave., Ste. 800, Houston. The chain seeks to provide healthy menu options that range from sandwiches to wraps, acai bowls, salads, toasts, smoothies and cold-pressed juices. The new location will have a small outdoor patio.
