The new Katz's in the Heights opened Sept. 15 at 2200 N. Shepherd Drive, Houston, debuting for service from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. The restaurant expects to roll out its trademark "never Kloses" 24-hour schedule next week, according to social media posts. The Heights location features a new design by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, with nods to the deli's New York spirit.
