“We wanted to provide an experience that showcases creative dishes by incorporating cooking techniques from abroad," Executive Chef Yotam Dolev said in a news release. "A lot of passion went into creating the menu, not just the food, but the beverages as well.”
What's on the menu
The new brunch menu from the James Beard-nominated restaurant group, SofHospitality, will feature some of Okto's signature specialties, as well as new dishes, including:
- Ricotta toast
- Pan con tomato salad
- Octopus Carpaccio
- Schnitzel Caesar salad
- Blue crab omelette
- Crepe suzette
Brunch will be served every Sunday from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. according to the news release. Guests will have multiple options on where to dine for brunch that includes the patio, bar or dining room.
