Annam is the latest dining venue to open its doors at the 14-acre mixed-use project Autry Park along Houston’s Buffalo Bayou.

The restaurant opened in February and offers sophisticated Vietnamese cuisine with a French influence, according to a March news release.

Respecting the craft

The new eatery is by Chef Chris Kinjo, who is also the chef-owner at MF Sushi in Houston's Museum Park area. Last February, Kinjo and Chef Miguel Alvarez also opened MF Lobster & Ceviche in Autry Park's green space, which serves fresh seafood alongside a variety of ceviche options.
