SOSH is situated along the Allen Parkway corridor, near other dining, drinking and hospitality destinations such as the Thompson Houston hotel, Toca Madera, Clarkwood and Bludorn.
The backstory
The coffee and cocktail bar concept opened in May 2023 on the ground floor of Houston-based development firm Vero Sade's apartment complex Us Bayou Park, according to previous Community Impact reporting.
Starting out with just morning and noon coffee, the cocktail service was set to begin later that summer. Now, SOSH will offer a day-long menu of gourmet drinks and curated bites.It’s 5 o’clock somewhere
Their bar program will offer seasonal beer, wines by the glass and cocktail favorites including an espresso martini, spiced pear martini, spicy margarita and ranch water.
However, fall-themed drinks are the highlight of the debut with cocktails such as the maple old fashioned made with bourbon, maple syrup and orange bitters; and the apple cider mule crafted with vodka, cider and ginger beer—garnished with an apple and a cinnamon stickThe bar menu complements the existing coffee program of espressos, lattes, Americanos and cappuccinos brewed with beans from small-batch Houston roastery, Rivas Coffee, according to the release.

SOSH also offers pastries from Love Croissant, breakfast tacos from Tacodeli, gourmet pizzas, chips, snacks and fruit smoothies, per the release. New activations also include live music and an all-day happy hour featuring half-off cocktails on Thursdays.
