Sof Hospitality opened its doors in August to its newest Mediterranean restaurant, Okto, inside the Montrose Collective.

What's on the menu

Okto offers internationally influenced dishes, drinks and atmosphere. Dishes will vary from season to season with recipes curated from the culinary traditions of Greece, Italy and Spain.

The menu includes a variety of seafood dishes, such as the tuna crudo with feta, olive and parsley gremolata; octopus mixed with romesco, bish bash, chives and bruleed onions; and the branzino en papillote with roasted tomato, garlic and asparagus. Nonseafood items include the steak tenderloin, lamb chops and eggplant carpaccio.

The menu is designed for sharing with a communal dining experience.

Okto's bar menu offers both classic and new craft cocktails as well as a curated wine list.

The restaurant's signature drink is the Okto G&T, a cocktail made with shishito-infused Still Austin Gin, Italicus and Fever Tree Indian Tonic. Other specialty spirits are the olive oil martini, a Pajarote punch and housemade sangria.
