Gatsby's Prime Seafood undergoing a rebranding and name change a year after opening. The restaurant will offer dishes such as prime wet-aged steaks; seafood towers; and a variety of appetizers, entrees and side dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, according to an Aug. 29 news release. Ocean 12 will offer various experiences, including live music, DJs, hookah, happy hour, weekend brunch and dinner parties.
