The Hong Kong-inspired restaurant offers a variety of stir-fries, street snacks, wok-tossed noodles and wings, soups, and ramen. The dishes are a mix of Chinese, Sichuan, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and Korean cuisines and are made to order in an open kitchen, according to the release.
Tin Drum’s new 2,200-square-foot space seats 50 and includes a patio. Restaurant officials said they were looking to create a dining experience reminiscent of a curbside cafe in Asia, with a colorful interior featuring art, graffiti and neon lights.
Wok-tossed chicken wings come in nine flavors, including sesame to orange pepper. Guests can also opt for vegetarian options, such as tempura cauliflower, wok-tossed tofu and wok-tossed veggie.
The eatery also offers a variety of fruit teas, milk teas and slushies at its boba bar, with fan favorites including mango passion fruit tea, strawberry and cream slushee, and brown sugar pearl milk, among others.
In addition, the restaurant includes a mini mart, where guests can enjoy Asian candy and snacks.
Tin Drum is open from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
