The restaurants—Toca Madera and Meduza Mediterrania—will join Texans Fit, a fitness facility that plans to offer 34,000 square feet of space on the pavilion's second and third levels.
Toca Madera
A modern Mexican steakhouse, Toca Madera is coming to an 11,103-square-foot, ground-level location at The Pavilion and will hold up to 393 seats. This location of Toca Modera will open in the fall and joins other spots in Scottsdale, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. It will feature multiple outdoor dining patios, a lounge, a speakeasy and private dining room.
Meduza Mediterrania
This modern Mediterranean concept will be located on the top floor of The Pavilion in a 9,732-square-foot space that will house up to 289 patrons. In addition to city skyline views, the restaurant will offer indoor dining, a bar and a private dining room. Meduza Mediterrania is set to open in 2024, joining a sister location in New York City's Meatpacking District.
The two new eateries are part of Noble 33’s global expansion following recent openings in Toronto, London and Las Vegas.
“Noble 33 Group’s expansion into the Houston market is a milestone in our U.S. and global expansion,” Noble 33 co-founder Tosh Berman said in a statement. “Debuting two of our unique and distinct dining experiences in a city as diverse and cultural as Houston has long been a vision. Toca Madera and Meduza were created to evoke high-touch, memorable, and elevated dining experiences, and we look forward to introducing Houston to each.”
