Two new tenants have been announced for The Shops at Arrive Upper Kirby, including an urban streetwear retailer and a modern Japanese restaurant.
Agenda Houston will relocate from its spot in The Galleria mall to its new 3,870-square-foot location in Upper Kirby at 3300 Kirby Drive, Houston. Goods available at the retailer include sneakers; denim wear; hoodies and outerwear; shirts; and accessories, such as backpacks, socks and hats.
Meanwhile, a new concept called Haii Keii will take a 2,878-square-foot spot in the mixed-use development. It will be the first location of the Japanese restaurant, according to a Nov. 1 press release.
With the two new signings, The Shops at Arrive Upper Kirby is now 100% leased, according to officials with Transwestern Real Estate Services, which handles leasing at the development. Formerly known as The Kirby Collection, the property was acquired by Fowler Property Acquisitions in early 2022 and renamed.
The mixed-use development includes more than 60,000 square feet of retail in total as well as a 25-story residential tower and 182,000 square feet of office space. Other tenants include the Pinstripes entertainment concept, the modern Indian restaurant Verandah and Jianna Jewelers.
A spokesperson for The Shops at Arrive Upper Kirby told Community Impact construction will begin on the spaces for the two new businesses in the first quarter of 2023. Opening timelines have not been announced.
