A new law firm in Montrose focused on business disputes in state and federal courts opened its doors on Feb. 17.

The Law Office of Elias Yazbeck specializes in cases regarding bankruptcy litigation, contract enforcement, investor claims, shareholder disputes, collections, lien enforcement and property-related matters such as wrongful foreclosure and condemnation proceedings, according to the firm's website.

The Houston-based attorney said in an email he is dedicated to helping businesses navigate complex legal challenges.
