The Houston-area franchises will be owned and operated by Houston-native Courtney Freels, per the release.

Freels was a former Blushington customer, herself. She hopes Houston women will embrace the business' tailored services in the same way she has, she said in the release.

"Whether it’s a wedding, school formal, luncheon, gala, birthday party, big game day, the legendary Houston Rodeo or simply treating yourself, we’re here to bring a touch of accessible luxury to every moment—no matter the occasion or the budget,” Freels said in a statement.
